You will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of technology projects from inception to completion.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor engineers and technical professionals while fostering collaboration and accountability.
• Collaborate with senior management to define project scope, goals, and deliverables aligned with business priorities.
• Allocate resources effectively to maximize productivity and achieve milestones within budget and timeline constraints.
• Provide technical guidance to ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and meet quality standards.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions and drive process improvements.

Required Skills

• 16+ years of experience managing technology projects or teams.
• Strong understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and ITSM methodologies.
• Hands-on technical background in Infrastructure services, including Datacentre Technologies.
• Deep expertise in Wintel, Linux/Unix, Backup and Recovery, Database, Middleware, and Network technologies.
• Proficiency in Information Security, IAM, and Cloud technologies such as Azure.
• Clear understanding of network topology concepts.
• Experience in DR plan development and DR drill execution.
