Description

You will manage the full lifecycle of complex, cross-functional projects to ensure delivery remains in-scope, on-time, and on-budget.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed project plans with realistic goals, defined actions, and milestones.
• Maintain visibility into project progress, performance, and milestones across all workstreams.
• Apply project management methodologies to identify, manage, and resolve risks and issues.
• Oversee project budgets, schedules, work plans, resource requirements, and cost projections.
• Engage with sponsors, stakeholders, and change management partners to gather input and address feedback.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of Project Management experience, with a preference for 10+ years.
• Proven experience driving and leading large-scale projects.
• Advanced proficiency in Agile methodologies.
• Strong background in Risk Management and Business Analysis.
• Ability to integrate project management discipline into a product management organizational structure.
• Expertise in MS Project, MS Excel, and MS Office.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and prioritization skills.
• Bachelor's degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience managing Human Resources projects.
• Skills in Data Management.
