Description

You will lead cross-functional teams through the end-to-end product lifecycle to improve digital state services and online experiences.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Own and prioritize the product backlog by balancing requirements from service owners and business stakeholders.
• Translate roadmap features into well-defined product requirements, user stories, and acceptance test criteria.
• Lead multi-disciplinary teams in the iterative deployment of prototypes, software, and services.
• Establish continuous improvement and delivery pipelines to evolve products based on customer satisfaction and analytics.
• Coordinate communication, escalate risks, and facilitate resolution of issues tied to the product backlog.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in Product Owner or Project Management roles.
• 5+ years of experience working with Agile development methodologies.
• 3+ years of experience in product management, including roadmap creation and user research integration.
• 2+ years of experience leading multi-disciplinary teams and managing digital platforms.
• Proficiency with JIRA, Confluence, and MS Teams.
• Experience using Google Analytics for data-driven decision-making.
• Familiarity with Git Repository workflows.
• Ability to manage technical and design tasks within complex, ambiguous environments.

Preferred Skills

• Proven track record of managing multiple project workstreams and stakeholder communications.
