Description

You will manage the delivery of a case management system through the SDLC using the Salesforce platform.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate resources for system delivery and ensure milestones are met within scope and budget.
• Develop and maintain project plans, documentation, spreadsheets, and process diagrams.
• Manage project scope, schedule changes, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Lead and direct the work of others, delegating tasks to team members as required.
• Manage relationships with stakeholders, third parties, and vendors while reporting status and escalations.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of proven experience in project management.
• Strong working knowledge of the Salesforce platform.
• Experience with SDLC and both predictive and adaptive project management methodologies.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Expertise in supervision, management, and vendor management.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.

Preferred Skills

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Experience with Case Management.
