Description

Lead agile delivery for six or more products, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards and governance.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, refinement, demos, and retrospectives.
• Manage product scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with Product Owners and functional SMEs.
• Track and remove impediments while shielding the team from outside distractions.
• Develop estimates, schedules, and cost projections based on established best practices.
• Oversee business analysis and organizational change management activities.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of IT experience.
• 7+ years of experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
• 4+ years of experience as a Scrum Master applying Agile best practices and scaled Agile practices.
• 4+ years of experience working within the software development life cycle (SDLC).
• 3+ years of experience in sprint and program increment planning.
• Proficiency in Azure DevOps or similar Agile/DevOps tooling.
• Experience implementing Agile estimation techniques.
• Proven ability to manage stakeholder relationships and build business partnerships.
• Bachelor’s degree.
