Description

Lead planning, production, and coordination for IT infrastructure delivery orders, owning accountability for deliverables and daily technical team activities.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Organize and direct the planning and execution of complex infrastructure projects.
• Manage technical program requirements across diverse technology stacks.
• Coordinate all activities associated with assigned delivery orders to ensure successful execution.
• Manage overall infrastructure contracts involving ServiceNow and ITSM practices.
• Provide strong technical writing and oral communication for stakeholder alignment.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience managing IT contracts of similar size and scope.
• Active Project Management Professional (PMP) certification in good standing.
• Technical proficiency in CCNA and CCNP networking standards.
• Experience managing Azure AD and Active Directory (AD) environments.
• Hands-on knowledge of Cohesity, Nutanix, and JamF.
• Proven ability to manage day-to-day activities for technical IT teams.

Preferred Skills

• Subject Matter Expertise (SME) in infrastructure management.
