Key Responsibilities

• Lead NPI / program execution from requirements through delivery.
• Gather and translate Customer, Dealer, Business, and Regulatory requirements into functional requirements.
• Coordinate engineering, product, marketing, suppliers, and technical teams.
• Develop and manage technology roadmaps, schedules, risks, and project plans.
• Define and maintain system, marketing, and hardware requirements.
• Drive supplier engagement and technology evaluations.
• Lead workshops, requirements reviews, and engineering execution.
• Present technical information and program status to senior/VP-level stakeholders.
• Ensure timely delivery and alignment across US and India teams.

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering required.
• Comparable titles: Project Manager, Program Lead, Project Lead, NPI Lead.
• Strong technical communication and stakeholder management.
• Excellent analytical/problem-solving skills.
• Proven high-velocity program execution and risk management.
• Experience with electronic components, information systems, and machine systems development.

Preferred Technical Experience

• Connectivity / Telematics products
• On-board software, Gateway, and Platform
• Heavy Equipment product development
• On-machine technologies: Grade Control, Remote Control, Autonomy
• IoT standards, regulations, and regional requirements
• Wireless technologies: Cellular, Satellite, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, Positioning
• Ability to communicate with VP-level stakeholders

• No Engineering bachelor’s degree
• Less than 10 years relevant experience
• No demonstrated program/NPI leadership
• No experience with technical requirements and engineering execution
• Weak communication or stakeholder-management skills
• No evidence of risk management / high-velocity execution
• Primarily IT/software project management without product/electronic/machine systems experience
• Internships cannot be counted toward required experience
