Description

You will lead Dynamics 365 engagements and technical projects from planning through execution.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Drive technical projects end-to-end, ensuring timely delivery and quality.
• Design digital Case Management journeys within lending platforms.
• Coach and educate project teams to elevate overall capabilities.
• Manage stakeholders across development, business, and technical groups.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience leading Dynamics 365 engagements.
• Expertise in Project Management and Project Planning.
• Hands-on experience with JIRA for agile project management.
• Proficiency in technical analysis, C, and .Net.
• Proven ability to manage teams of 8 to 10 people.
• Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Experience with lending support and lending management platforms.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with PMP or PRINCE II certifications.
• Domain knowledge of lending management platforms.
