Description

Lead complex, multi-workstream SAP transformation initiatives in a matrix environment, owning end-to-end project delivery, reporting, and stakeholder alignment.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Drive S/2HANA or similar ERP implementation projects across multiple workstreams in a matrix organization.
• Produce and maintain comprehensive project documentation including status reports, RAID logs, BRDs, and executive summaries.
• Manage enterprise project tracking using Microsoft 365 tools (Teams, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of transformation milestones.
• Monitor project health and escalate risks or issues to senior stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of proven Project/Program Management experience in complex, multi-workstream environments.
• Must-have SAP transformation background with hands-on S/2HANA or equivalent ERP implementation experience.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft 365 suite for enterprise project tracking and reporting.
• Expertise in creating formal documentation: RAID logs, BRDs, status reports, and executive summaries.
• Ability to operate effectively in a matrix management structure.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to PLM/Teamcenter (SE AG tool) is advantageous.
• Experience with Jira for agile project tracking.
• Proficiency in Power BI for data visualization and reporting.
