Lead contract performance and manage client relationships for large-scale healthcare program assessments.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall contract performance and manage the relationship with the client Contracting Officer Representative (COR).
• Coordinate over 650 annual site visits across the US, territories, and freely associated states.
• Oversee monthly status meetings and ensure timely deliverable submissions.
• Manage large consulting teams to provide compliance assessments, performance improvement, and consultative services.
• Ensure strict adherence to all contract requirements and federal regulations.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of federal contract management experience.
• 5+ years of healthcare program management experience, preferably with HRSA/BPHC programs.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Public Health, or a related field.
• Proven experience managing large consulting teams.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint for technical presentations.
• Ability to travel up to 25% CONUS and OCONUS.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a non-sensitive moderate risk T2S background investigation.
• Ability to obtain a PIV Card for HHS facility access.
• Experience leading technical presentations covering methodology and management strategy.
