Description

You will lead the implementation of a SaaS solution to replace a legacy core business system.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead the project lifecycle from requirements discovery through deployment, managing scope, schedule, and risk mitigation.
• Develop project plans and artifacts required for EIS Stage Gate endorsements and maintain all project documentation.
• Coordinate implementation activities with vendors and manage weekly status reporting for stakeholders.
• Execute prototype testing, system configuration, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Manage data migration, knowledge transfer, training, and go-live plans.

Required Skills

• 3-5 years of recent experience managing agency-wide core business system replacement projects.
• PMI or PMP Project Management Certification.
• Proficiency in creating project management documents following PMI PMBOK Standards and the EIS Stage Gate process.
• SaaS implementation experience.
• Change Management, Vendor Management, and Risk Management expertise.
• Bachelor's degree.
