Description

You will manage the tactical execution of communication strategies to ensure operational alignment across internal stakeholders.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Translate high-level communication strategies into actionable steps, detailed timelines, and progress summaries.
• Coordinate with various teams to track project progress, document plans, and implement necessary adjustments.
• Develop and curate communication materials, including newsletters, team wikis, All Teams presentations, and WBR updates.
• Act as a liaison between senior leadership and technical teams to resolve operational issues and gather required information.
• Gather inputs for key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide reporting on progress and insights.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional communications experience.
• 5+ years of project management experience.
• Proven experience executing communication plans.
• Ability to review subject matter expert (SME) material for publication.
• Project Management proficiency.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with All Teams presentations and WBR updates.
• Background in technical team coordination.
