Responsibilities

• Monitor and summarize project progress, preparing status reports for upper management.
• Lead and direct the work of others, ensuring alignment with established goals.
• Manage external communications and vendor relationships effectively.
• Oversee rental fleet management operations and ensure compliance.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in program or project management.
• Proven ability to plan and accomplish goals using extensive judgment and experience.
• Proficiency in SQL for data analysis and reporting.
• Strong stakeholder management and external communication skills.
• Familiarity with rental fleet management concepts and practices.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with rental vehicle management software.
