You will lead the coordination, planning, and completion of complex aerospace programs and projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of program lifecycles, from concept through production and extinction.
• Set deadlines, assign responsibilities, and monitor progress against the Integrated Master Schedule.
• Prepare status reports for upper management and develop actionable project plans.
• Lead and direct cross-functional teams to deliver results through ownership and technical oversight.
• Manage risk and coordinate test, manufacturing, and project readiness activities.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of relevant program or project management experience.
• 6+ years of experience with electromechanical assemblies and systems.
• 6+ years of experience in aerospace industry environments.
• 4-6 years of experience preparing action plans, schedules, and managing Integrated Master Schedules.
• Extensive experience in hardware testing, including ATE testing and environmental testing.
• Proven track record in cross-functional team leadership (2-4 years).
• Technical familiarity with PCBAs, box builds, and aerospace design requirements.
• Experience managing manufacturing and test engineering workflows.
• Strong background in risk management and schedule management.

Preferred Skills

• Experience delivering technology projects from initial concept to full production.
• Direct experience working within the aerospace sector.
