Description

Lead complex, enterprise-level HCM projects from initiation through delivery, managing the full project lifecycle and stakeholder expectations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Procurement through RFP and competitive bid processes to define project scope and constraints.
• Develop comprehensive HCM business cases, detailing objectives, benefits, and detailed cost analysis.
• Optimize resource allocation and create detailed project plans to track progress against established metrics.
• Coordinate internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless project execution and integration.
• Prepare executive-level reports and monitor project performance to drive decision-making.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of experience implementing HCM solutions on large-scale, complex projects.
• Expert knowledge of HCM platforms including SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle Cloud, and Workday.
• Proficiency in the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and application validation.
• Experience managing projects in a matrix environment with internal and third-party stakeholders.
• Expertise in business analysis, enterprise architecture, and financial management/forecasting.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (business, CS, IS, engineering).
