Description

You will lead large-scale HCM solution implementations, managing complex integrations and stakeholder negotiations from initiation through delivery.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Procurement and Legal to navigate RFP processes, negotiations, and policy compliance.
• Develop comprehensive HCM business cases, including strategic objectives, benefits, and cost analysis for executive decision-making.
• Optimize resource allocation, create detailed project plans, and track progress against PMO standards.
• Coordinate internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless project execution and risk mitigation.
• Prepare executive-level reports, monitor project performance, and provide regular updates to the steering committee.

Required Skills

• 10–15+ years of experience implementing HCM solutions in large-scale, complex environments.
• Deep knowledge of HCM platforms: Dayforce, Oracle Cloud, Workday, or SAP SuccessFactors.
• Proven expertise in leading enterprise-level projects with multiple integrations.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, enterprise architecture, and application development.
• Experience managing full project lifecycles within a matrix organization.
• Proficiency in financial management, forecasting, and business case development.
• Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, information systems, engineering, or related field.
