Description

You manage the retrofit of existing grocery buildings, modifying them to meet design and customer needs.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Review designs for building modifications to ensure compliance with customer requirements.
• Order and oversee the installation of shelving via third-party contractors.
• Ensure all construction work meets permitted and food health safety standards.
• Execute changes in live operational environments without impacting customer or associate experience.

Required Skills

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 4-7 years of project management experience.
• Proficiency with Smartsheet, BIM360, and Bluebeam.
• Competence in CAD software.
• Ability to read composites and drawings.
• Strong communication and decision-making ability in high-pressure situations.
• Proficiency with computers, email, and Microsoft software.
