Manage multiple concurrent projects within a banking or financial services environment.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end project lifecycles using SDLC and Agile methodologies.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, financial tracking, and budget allocation.
• Execute change management processes and communicate updates to business stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate project risks while delivering regular progress reports.
• Oversee financial management and resource allocation across various workstreams.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in project or program management.
• Deep understanding of SDLC and Agile frameworks.
• Proven experience in Change Management.
• Expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and financial tracking.
• Strong risk management capabilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience working with banking, financial, or investment clients.
• Bachelor's degree or any graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• PMP certification.
