Description

You own the end-to-end delivery of grid systems implementation projects, managing scope, schedule, budget, and resource coordination. You develop integrated project plans, track milestones, and maintain RAID logs. You define testing strategies for functional, integration, regression, and UAT phases, overseeing vendor-based testing and defect resolution.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage project scope, schedule, budget, and resource coordination for grid systems implementation.
• Develop and maintain integrated project plans, tracking milestones and status reporting.
• Track and manage RAID logs through to closure across all project facets.
• Define and manage the overall testing strategy across functional, integration, regression, and UAT phases.
• Oversee vendor-based testing activities, tracking progress and defect lifecycle through resolution.

Required Skills

• 7+ years managing IT/OT implementation projects, including 3 years in Project or Test Management.
• Experience managing delivery or testing of grid systems or operational technology (ADMS, DMS, EMS, OMS, GIS, historian).
• Strong understanding of SDLC, QA methodologies, and project management practices (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).
• Experience managing vendor-based or third-party testing programs.
• Proficiency with HP ALM, JIRA, Zephyr, qTest, or Grip.
• Demonstrated attention to detail, organization, and process documentation skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.
