Description

You manage grid systems implementation projects and oversee test governance for third-party testing providers, defining strategy and ensuring quality without performing hands-on execution.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of grid systems projects, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource coordination.
• Define testing strategy across functional, integration, regression, and UAT phases, and oversee vendor-based test execution.
• Maintain integrated project plans, RAID logs, and status reporting while coordinating with internal teams, SMEs, and vendors.
• Track test progress, metrics, and defect lifecycle, ensuring alignment between testing outcomes and release objectives.
• Facilitate project meetings, issue triage, and decision-making sessions to ensure regulatory and compliance alignment.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience managing IT/OT implementation projects.
• At least 3 years in a Project Management or Test Management capacity.
• Experience with grid systems or operational technology platforms (ADMS, DMS, EMS, OMS, GIS, historian).
• Strong understanding of SDLC, QA methodologies, and project management practices (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid).
• Experience managing vendor-based or third-party testing programs.
• Proficiency with test and project management tools (HP ALM, JIRA, Zephyr, qTest, Grip).
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with utility applications and regulatory compliance requirements.
