Responsibilities

• Design, test, and refine prompts for diverse AI applications and products.
• Collaborate with product, data science, and technical teams to align prompts with user needs.
• Analyze AI-generated responses to improve model consistency, behavior, and performance.
• Manage prompt refinement, storage, versioning, and conformity across different environments.
• Conduct A/B testing to evaluate effectiveness and response quality.

Required Skills

• 2-4 years of hands-on experience in Machine Learning, NLP, or AI applications.
• Expertise in prompt engineering for LLMs such as OpenAI GPT, Google Gemini, or Claude.
• Proficiency in Python.
• Experience with SQL.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for optimizing AI responses.
• Ability to work with Machine Learning and NLP frameworks.
• Strong critical thinking and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) or NL to SQL.
• Experience with AI model performance evaluation or AI annotations.
• Background in AI-driven chatbot development or conversational AI platforms.
