Description

You will design, test, and optimize prompts to enhance large language model performance and build AI agents.

Responsibilities

• Create, test, and iterate prompts for customer support, content generation, and coding assistance applications.
• Develop AI agents using advanced prompting techniques.
• Run experiments on prompt styles, structures, and parameters to achieve optimal model outputs.
• Monitor and analyze prompt performance to drive data-driven improvements.
• Collaborate with AI researchers, product managers, and developers to align model outputs with product goals.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in prompt engineering or working with language models (GPT, LLaMA, Claude).
• Proficiency in Python for manipulating and analyzing text data.
• Strong understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) concepts.
• Hands-on experience with Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning.
• Knowledge of Java.
• Analytical skills to assess prompt effectiveness and iterate based on data.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.

Preferred Skills

• Prior experience with OpenAI API, Hugging Face, or similar platforms.
• Familiarity with machine learning concepts, model fine-tuning, and hyperparameter optimization.
• Experience in customer support automation or content creation tools.
