You design and maintain AI-based conversation systems to enhance human-like communication.

Responsibilities

• Refine AI models to improve fluency in human language.
• Align AI-generated content with established tone and business objectives.
• Catalog AI responses and report performance insights to engineering teams.
• Build and maintain a prompt library detailing syntax guidelines and best practices.
• Optimize prompts for better LLM outcomes and contribute to NLP activities.

Required Skills

• 2+ years of professional experience in AI, NLP, and LLMs.
• 2+ years of programming experience in Python or R.
• Background in computer science, AI, or related disciplines.
• Ability to write clear instructions for NLP models.
• Strong command of English and linguistic nuance.
• Experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT and data analytics.
• Familiarity with data structures, formats, and modeling.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
