You will drive the adoption, development, and optimization of Generative AI tools across the organization.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Train and support new users onboarding to Generative AI tools, focusing on driving adoption and measuring value.
• Explore new Generative AI product opportunities, performing initial need and fit assessments up to proof of concept.
• Collaborate with tech teams and business units to develop new GenAI applications, starting from ideation.
• Develop, refine, and optimize prompts with business stakeholders, ensuring content meets Responsible AI principles.
• Stay current on GenAI advancements and integrate learnings into the internal GenAI playbook.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in Data Science, Software Development, or a similar technical discipline.
• Strong expertise in Prompt Engineering, specifically crafting and optimizing GenAI prompts for performance.
• Deep knowledge of Generative AI technologies and their business applications.
• Strong experience utilizing Generative AI products and APIs/models.
• Proficiency in Data Science, Software Development, and Python.
• Ability to manage multiple simultaneous efforts and deliverables.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Preferred Skills

• Proficiency in business user engagement, training, and content creation.
• Experience coding in Python using Jupyter notebooks.
