Description

You will design and refine prompts to optimize large language model performance for internal applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and iterate high-quality prompts to improve LLM outputs.
• Translate complex financial or operational requirements into effective prompt structures.
• Analyze model outputs to identify necessary improvements in prompt design or data input.
• Document prompt engineering strategies, experimental results, and best practices.
• Monitor LLM capabilities and trends to implement new techniques.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience.
• Proven experience working with large language models such as OpenAI GPT-4 or Claude.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate across product, data, and business teams.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills

• Understanding of financial concepts or experience in banking and finance.
• Familiarity with Python, APIs, or AI/ML workflows.
