Description

You will design, evaluate, and optimize prompts for Large Language Models to drive platform success.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement prompt compliance evaluation frameworks and system updates.
• Manage projects from initial requirement scoping through to production launch.
• Apply scientific analysis and mathematical modeling to predict and measure design consequences.
• Automate and optimize systems, tools, and data-processing workflows.
• Solve ambiguous or undefined technical problems through continuous system enhancement.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in technical roles.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs such as GPT, Llama, or Gemini.
• Strong programming proficiency in Python.
• Experience with relational databases including MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle.
• Solid computer science fundamentals and data-processing skills.
• Full-stack development expertise and testing fundamentals.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Masters or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, Engineering, or Math.
• Proficiency in multiple AI-related tools and machine learning processes.
• Exposure to cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure, or OpenStack) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
