You will design and optimize prompts to drive high-quality outputs from generative AI models.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and refine prompts using Chain-of-Thought and iterative refinement to control AI scope.
• Articulate precise goals, instructions, and constraints including format and target audience.
• Implement error handling within prompt structures to manage hallucinations.
• Develop and maintain playbooks using Python scripting.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in prompt engineering with generative AI bots.
• Deep understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs) and their technical limitations.
• Expertise in prompt optimization and controlling model scope.
• Hands-on experience with Python scripting.
• Strong knowledge of NLP techniques including tokenization, sentiment analysis, named entity recognition, and topic modeling.
• Proficiency with NLP libraries.
• Experience with Google's Agent Development Kit.
