Description

You will design, test, and refine prompts to guide large language models toward accurate and relevant outputs.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and optimize prompts for chatbots, content generation, and automation tools.
• Build, test, and iterate prompt workflows and evaluation scripts using Python.
• Run A/B tests to measure prompt effectiveness and model behavior.
• Collaborate with data scientists and product teams to improve AI output quality.
• Maintain a prompt library utilizing version control and documentation.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in relevant technical roles.
• Proficiency in Python for scripting and automation.
• Deep understanding of LLMs such as GPT and Claude.
• Experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP) concepts.
• Ability to analyze and improve AI responses based on prompt structure.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with LangChain and OpenAI API.
