Description

You will lead the end-to-end execution and delivery of capture and proposal processes.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with solutions architects, subject matter experts, and executive leadership to translate key concepts into consistent messaging and strategy.
• Develop comprehensive proposal components including Management, Technical, Past Performance, and Corporate Experience volumes.
• Draft Executive Summaries, Staffing Plans, and Resumes for submission.
• Prepare Oral Proposal Presentations and Video Proposal Presentations.
• Adapt to schedule changes, project re-scopes, and customer-directed shifts to ensure compliant delivery under tight deadlines.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's degree, or 6+ years of experience with a Master's degree.
• Expert-level technical and proposal writing skills.
• Extensive experience in Business Development and Competitive Proposal environments.
• Direct experience producing Management Volumes and Technical Volumes.
• Proficiency in creating Past Performance and Corporate Experience Volumes.
• Capability to develop Staffing Plans, Resumes, and Executive Summaries.
• Experience preparing Oral and Video Proposal Presentations.
• Strong analytical problem-solving skills.
• Ability to maintain consistent tone and voice across complex documentation.
