Description

You will produce technical bid responses for US Federal and State Government RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs.

Responsibilities

• Analyze government RFP, RFI, and RFQ documents to extract specific IT service and product requirements.
• Synthesize technical information by researching topics and interviewing SMEs and Technical Architects.
• Convert complex solution ideas into well-written, compliant, and presentable technical responses.
• Collaborate with solution architects, sales, legal, and finance teams in the USA and India to document technical approaches.
• Create proposal sections, presentations, and commercial documents under tight deadlines.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in proposal writing or technical writing.
• Proven experience reviewing US Federal/State Government RFP, RFI, and RFQ requirements.
• Strong ability to write in a US communication style with strict adherence to grammar and spelling.
• Experience working with US staffing or IT service requirements.
• Proficiency in creating professional presentations.
• Ability to translate customer requirements into clear value propositions.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience coordinating with cross-functional teams including legal and finance.
