Description

You will manage the end-to-end creation of technical bid responses for US Federal and State Government RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Analyze RFP, RFI, and RFQ documents to identify specific IT service and product requirements.
• Research topics and interview SMEs and Technical Architects to synthesize technical information.
• Convert complex technical solution ideas into well-written, compliant proposal sections.
• Collaborate with solution architects, sales, legal, and finance teams in the USA and India to finalize bids.
• Develop presentations and commercial sections based on customer requirements and value propositions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in proposal writing or technical writing.
• Proven experience reviewing US Federal/State Government RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs.
• Strong ability to write in a US communication style with perfect grammar and spelling.
• Experience in US staffing environments.
• Proficiency in Proposal Writing and creating professional Presentations.
• Ability to interpret Customer Requirements and translate them into technical responses.
• Skill in articulating Value Propositions within bid documents.
