Description

You will drive the development and delivery of compliant, compelling proposals as a key member of the founding Proposal Operations team.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Manage document and data workflows to ensure on-time, compliant proposal submissions.
• Prepare RFP templates through PWS and SOW shredding, storyboarding, and compliance matrix outlining.
• Coordinate Kick-off and Color Team reviews in support of the Proposal Manager.
• Execute format reviews, document clean-up, and production compliance checks throughout the development lifecycle.
• Archive completed submissions and provide input for post-submission debriefs and lessons learned.

Required Skills

• 3–10 years of experience in proposal writing, bid management, or RFP processes.
• Proficiency with MS Teams, SharePoint, and remote collaboration tools.
• Strong desktop publishing, document editing, and production skills.
• Ability to interpret technical concepts to track and ensure compliance requirements.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects under tight deadlines.
• Strong organizational skills for file management and department archiving.
• Ability to interact professionally with executive leadership and technical subject matter experts.

Preferred Skills

• Experience as part of a founding or early-stage proposal operations team.
