You will manage planning and execution for provider-focused projects within marketing operations.
Responsibilities
Manage provider website bios by processing requests, responding to inquiries, and coordinating with the web team for CMS updates.
Facilitate production of provider bio cards for physician outreach initiatives.
Oversee provider review platforms, including enrollment, opt-outs, performance reporting, and escalation management in partnership with Patient Relations.
Maintain provider and facility listings in Yext to ensure data accuracy and manage performance reporting.
Act as the primary point of contact for providers in priority business units and collaborate across the marketing department.
Required Skills
5+ years of project management experience.
Bachelor’s Degree.
Experience managing content workflows through multiple systems and CMS platforms.
Experience with Yext or similar directory management tools.
Ability to manage provider review platforms and escalation processes.
Proven experience in stakeholder management and cross-departmental collaboration.
