Responsibilities

• Identify business unit requirements and create detailed project specifications.

• Interact with senior customer personnel on significant technical matters requiring cross-organizational coordination.
• Translate business needs into actionable IT deliverables.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in product management or business analysis.
• Proficiency with SDLC methodologies.
• Experience working within the SAFe Agile framework.
• Hands-on use of Jira for task and project management.
• Proficiency with Confluence for documentation.
• Ability to manage complicated problems within a functional area.
• Strong communication skills for interacting with senior customer personnel.
• Experience coordinating cross-organizational technical matters.
