Description

Act as the primary interface between business functional areas and IT partners, translating business needs into actionable IT deliverables and ensuring on-time, within-budget project completion.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Identify business unit requirements and create detailed project specifications.
• Facilitate testing and coordinate with project teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Resolve complex problems within your functional area.
• Interact with senior customer personnel on significant technical matters requiring cross-organizational coordination.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in product management or business analysis.
• Proficiency with SDLC methodologies.
• Experience working within the SAFe Agile framework.
• Hands-on use of Jira for task and project management.
• Proficiency with Confluence for documentation.
• Strong communication skills for interacting with senior customer personnel.
