Description

You will provide onsite technical support for workstations, laptops, Macs, and device peripherals at the Harrisburg Central Office.

Responsibilities

• Monitor incident queues to resolve customer issues and take full ownership of tickets.
• Maintain device compliance and health by identifying PCs with broken SCCM clients or outdated updates.
• Document all support tickets thoroughly and provide resolution guides for other teams.
• Monitor, report, and escalate hardware and software issues to SCCM, Active Directory, Security, and Service Desk teams.
• Troubleshoot peripheral problems including printing, docking stations, and scanning equipment.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in technical support or workstation management.
• Experience supporting Windows workstations and laptops.
• Experience supporting macOS devices.
• Hands-on experience troubleshooting device peripherals such as printers and docking stations.
• Ability to manage and monitor device compliance and health status.
• Experience working within an incident management or ticketing system.
• Ability to work onsite in Harrisburg, PA.
