Description

You will be responsible for implementing and maintaining mission-critical power system applications.

Responsibilities

• Implement and customize Network or Transmission Applications, preferably Reliance.
• Perform problem analysis, identification, and resolution on live customer systems.
• Configure and install operating system patches and third-party software like Oracle and NetApp.
• Develop and maintain solutions using C, Java, and SQL.
• Troubleshoot and debug complex system issues, interpreting logs and files.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in customizing and delivering Network or Transmission Applications.
• 5 years experience with LINUX and Windows Operating Systems.
• Proficiency in Electric Transmission EMS / SCADA implementation (e.g., GE Reliance (XA21), Siemens, OSI, ABB, Schneider).
• 5 years of experience with C, Java, and Oracle Database SQL.
• Experience with shell scripting and reading/interpreting logs.
• Proven experience with Realtime or Mission Critical Systems.
• Hands-on experience with GitHub and ClearCase.
• Knowledge of Electric SCADA applications/Power DMS/TMS.
• Experience doing data modelling.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in Reliance grid apps domain.
• Exposure to automated testing.
