Description

Lead PeopleSoft development and application lifecycle management for FSCM modules.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and prepare Technical Design Documents (TDD).
• Build and deploy changes across PeopleSoft environments using the STAT tool.
• Manage PeopleSoft and PeopleTools upgrades.
• Ensure controlled deployment processes for application updates.
• Interact with technical leadership to communicate progress and constraints.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of hands-on experience with PeopleSoft development.
• In-depth experience with PeopleSoft FSCM modules, specifically Procure to Pay, GL, and AM.
• Functional understanding of end-to-end processes and data flows for FSCM applications.
• Proven experience with PeopleTools upgrades.
• Experience using the STAT tool for deployment.
• Strong communication skills for interacting with technical leadership.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with IBM Datastage, Oracle, Unix, Autosys, or Snowflake.
• Data modelling skills.
