Description

Maintain and optimize PTC Creo and Windchill environments to ensure system stability and performance while supporting CAD/CAM functional activities.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Creo and Windchill environments for high performance and stability.
• Provide tier-2 and tier-3 technical support, including troubleshooting, user training, and documentation.
• Support CAD/CAM functional activities such as Skeleton Modeling, Top-Down Design, and Layer Management.
• Manage design data and version control within Windchill to ensure compliance and change management.
• Develop part, assembly, and drawing templates and manage Windchill integration processes.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in PTC Creo and Windchill PLM.
• Hands-on experience with Creo Parametric (part, assembly, drawing), MBD, and Creo Simulate.
• Proficiency in Advanced Drawing Techniques and Windchill Integration (Check-in/Checkout, Workspace Management).
• Expertise in CAD/CAM functional activities, including Solid/Surface Design Inheritance, Family Tables, and Relations.
• Knowledge of Milling/Turning features and CAM-Post Processor-Vericut interactions.
• Understanding of Skeleton Modeling, Top-Down Design, and Parameter management.
• Ability to manage Map Key and FDU creation.
• Fluent in English and French.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, IT, or a related field.
