Description

You will develop and execute test plans, cases, and scripts to validate PTC software applications.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure software quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve software defects.
• Participate in Agile Scrum teams to ensure timely software delivery.
• Analyze and troubleshoot software defects, working with development teams for resolution.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including test plans and test reports.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in software testing (test plans, test cases creation, execution, reporting, bug reporting).
• 5+ years of experience in Software release Regression testing.
• 2+ years of experience with PTC (Positive Train Control) software applications.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++.
• Experience with tools including Git, Jenkins, Jira, IBM Jazz, Wireshark, Putty, WinSCP.
• Experience on Linux operating system.
• Experience on hardware level testing (firmware).
• Experience testing fail-safe systems.
• Bachelor’s degree.
