Description

You will develop and execute test plans, cases, and scripts to validate PTC software applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and scripts to ensure software quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, analyze, and resolve software defects.
• Participate in Agile Scrum teams to ensure timely software delivery.
• Troubleshoot software defects and work with development teams for resolution.
• Maintain technical documentation, including test plans and reports.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in software testing (test plans, cases, execution, reporting, bug reporting).
• 5+ years of experience in software release regression testing.
• 2+ years of experience with PTC (Positive Train Control) software applications.
• Proficiency in Java, Python, or C++.
• Experience with Git, Jenkins, Jira, IBM Jazz, Wireshark, Putty, and WinSCP.
• Experience with the Linux operating system.
• Experience in hardware-level testing (firmware).
• Experience testing fail-safe systems.
• Bachelor’s degree.
