Description

You will lead the development, configuration, and customization of PTC Windchill PLM and ThingWorx solutions for the Medical Devices domain.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Own solution design, configuration decisions, and technical documentation for Windchill and adjacent applications.
• Lead offshore teams to ensure coordination and quality of all deliverables.
• Manage demands across multiple workstreams using Scrum of Scrums and coordinate with integration and data migration architects.
• Define work plans, schedules, and budgets to meet deployment targets per sprint.
• Collaborate with functional teams to translate user stories and prototypes into application development.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in PLM application development.
• Expertise in PTC Windchill and ThingWorx.
• Hands-on experience integrating with CAD, ERP, MES, MDM, and PIM systems.
• Proficiency in DevOps (CI/CD) practices.
• Strong knowledge of Agile (Scrum) and Waterfall methodologies.
• Experience with Issue Management (CAPA, NC) and R&RM in Medical Devices.
• Ability to implement industry best practices and customer-specific standards.
• Experience managing technical requirements for performance and integrity.
