You will lead application performance testing efforts to ensure solutions meet defined SLAs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end application performance testing processes.
• Direct performance testers in creating and executing automated test scripts.
• Evaluate test results to identify and resolve performance bottlenecks.
• Manage technical test execution and overall testing strategy.

Required Skills

• 7-10 years of experience in Performance Testing.
• 7-10 years of experience in Technical Test Execution.
• 7-10 years of experience in Test Management.
• 7-10 years of experience with Automation Testing Tools.
• Hands-on experience with Java Microservices and Kafka.
• Knowledge of Cloud Architecture and Cloud Operations.
• Ability to perform performance testing within cloud environments.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate level education.
