Description

You will design and implement Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) solutions to support large-scale microservices, platform services, and secure networking.

Responsibilities

• Craft IaaS solutions for microservices, platform services, and secure networking.
• Deploy and manage container orchestration, service mesh, API gateways, CI/CD components, and observability stacks.
• Develop abstractions for developers to improve the developer experience.
• Collaborate with product managers and specialists to ensure code meets internal standards.
• Drive technical change and influence globally dispersed teams.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of hands-on experience with the AWS ecosystem and infrastructure automation.
• Proficiency in Python or Java.
• Practical experience with Kubernetes, Envoy, API gateways, and Service Mesh.
• Expertise in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, CloudFormation, or Chef.
• Experience with observability toolchains including Prometheus, CloudWatch, New Relic, Datadog, ELK, or EFK.
• Strong understanding of distributed systems and microservice-based architectures.
• Deep knowledge of Kernel, Networking, and OS fundamentals.
• Solid grasp of CI/CD practices and deployment patterns.
• Ability to solve complex analytical problems.

Preferred Skills

• Multi-cloud experience with Azure or GCP.
• AWS Solutions Architect or DevOps professional certifications.
• Experience with Kubernetes operators or building distributed solutions for auto-mitigation of services.
