Description

You will design and manage complex network architectures across AWS and GCP environments.

Responsibilities

• Design logical VPC structures, including IP address management, subnetting, and multi-AZ deployments.
• Manage traffic flow through route tables, Transit Gateways, and VPC peering.
• Implement and troubleshoot connectivity using Direct Connect, VPNs, and Virtual Gateways.
• Maintain network security using Security Groups, Palo Alto firewalls, and Gateway Load Balancers.
• Trace data paths across VM, AWS, Transit Gateway, and Firewall route tables to resolve routing issues.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in cloud networking and VPC architecture.
• Expertise in AWS and GCP foundation, including IP reservations and subnetting.
• Deep understanding of Transit Gateway, Transit VPC, and Direct Connect (VIFs).
• Proficiency with VPC Endpoints, NAT Gateways, and Internet Gateways.
• Knowledge of BGP dynamic routing and asymmetric routing.
• Experience managing Palo Alto firewalls in Transit VPCs or as VPN endpoints.
• Hands-on experience with EKS, DMS, and Endpoints.
• Practical knowledge of Network, Application, and Gateway Load Balancers.
• Ability to use Infrastructure as Code for network automation.

Preferred Skills

• Experience managing high-availability routing between peering centers and regions.
