You will oversee the Well-Integrated Screening and Evaluation of WOMen Across the Nation (WISEWOMAN) Program and support the CDC cooperative agreement.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical assistance and clinical support to grantees and vendors across Tennessee.
• Expand program reach by onboarding new providers and establishing partnerships for healthy behavior support services (HBSS).
• Monitor program uptake trends among disproportionately burdened populations.
• Assist the Cancer Programs Administrator with grant management, monitoring, and reporting.
• Develop and distribute program materials including provider guides and patient brochures.
• Manage contracts and conduct regular meetings with staff and vendors.

Required Skills

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• Five or more years of full-time professional health program work.
• At least one year of full-time supervisory work or statewide program oversight.
• Experience with Microsoft Office programs including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
• Ability to communicate program procedures and projects to staff and partners.

Preferred Skills

• Strong written and oral communication skills for grant/report writing and presentations.
• Experience implementing evidence-based strategies.
• Experience with evaluation, continuous quality improvement, and conducting trainings.
