Responsibilities

• Raise purchase orders for IT hardware using Tally Prime.
• Negotiate with suppliers to secure optimal pricing and contract terms.
• Source and evaluate new vendors to ensure high-quality product selection.
• Track orders to guarantee timely delivery within budget constraints.
• Maintain supplier relationships and monitor IT hardware market trends.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience in procurement or purchasing roles.
• Hands-on experience with Tally Prime.
• Direct experience sourcing and procuring IT hardware products.
• Proven ability to negotiate vendor terms and pricing.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate within a team.
