You will lead and manage technical professionals, overseeing the entire project lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of Data Engineers and Application Developers.
• Act as the primary client contact, defining requirements and ensuring delivery.
• Prepare and present status reports detailing progress, risks, and mitigation plans.
• Identify and resolve technical roadblocks to maintain project flow.
• Assess current processes, identify improvements, and suggest technology solutions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of working experience.
• Proficiency in PySpark and Spark.
• Experience with BigData environments.
• Strong command of Python.
• Familiarity with Databricks and AWS.
• Knowledge of software configuration management systems.
• Ability to develop value-creating strategies and models.
• Strong project and team management capability.
