Description

You will lead the migration of data workloads from on-premise Hadoop and SSIS environments to AWS.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop ETL processes using Python and PySpark to support the transition to AWS Glue.
• Design and implement Star Schema architectures, including Dimension and Fact tables.
• Write and troubleshoot complex SQL queries to ensure data integrity.
• Apply enterprise data warehousing best practices to all development tasks.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in ETL development specifically using PySpark.
• 5+ years of experience writing and troubleshooting SQL queries.
• Proficiency in Python and PySpark.
• Experience working within AWS environments.
• Strong understanding of Star Schema design and coding.
• Ability to work independently and within a team structure.

Preferred Skills

• Experience migrating from on-premise Hadoop environments.
