Description
You will build and optimize data processing solutions using PySpark on AWS infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement data pipelines involving hands-on coding, debugging, and performance tuning.
- Write and optimize complex SQL queries for data extraction and manipulation.
- Script operational tasks using shell scripting.
Required Skills
- Minimum 4-5 years of professional experience with PySpark.
- 10+ years of overall professional experience.
- Fluency in Python, including test-driven coding practices.
- Strong experience in SQL and query tuning/optimization.
- Proficiency in shell scripting.
- Exposure to AWS services such as EMR and S3.
- Familiarity with Kafka and streaming technologies.
